Which one?

Would you rather work with someone who pretty much keeps to themselve, but when they do talk to others, they act like they are superior to them, or someone who constantly talks and tells every little detail of their life? Including the TMI details. I've worked with both, but I am currently working with the second.

I'll take the silent/superior type any day. I am not a talker so none of my staff talks either. I can't hear anything in the entire building right now except for my fingers hitting the keyboard.

I would rather work with the first. I can't stand constant talkers. If you say a jerky thing but only every once in awhile I can ignore it. I can't take hearing the constant noise of somebody telling me everything.

That is sooo the person I work with now! When I got transfered out to this site, she told everyone that I wouldn't help anyone. I tell everyone "its not my job." Seriously? I constantly offer to help everyone because I never have anything to do! She's the only one that turns down the offer! Then complains to everyone that she is soooo busy!

I would rather not choose EITHER! UGH!

I also agree with the PP that if I HAD to choose I'd take #1. I would rather have a person who's full of themselves than one that has to give me every detail of their lives. Besides, I don't mind you THINKING you're superior, as long as I don't think so.
