WHICH ONE-WCC or Concourse?!

Which one should we do? We have eaten at WCC before but I just saw a good review of the Concourse Steakhouse which is making me think we should try something different! Any opinions out there would help! TIA!

We like WCC, so I'd pick that, even if Concourse was still open.

What are you looking for and what would be different for you? Buffet, no characters, type of food or experience? Resort of park etc.?
