Which one SSR or OKW?

My DH and I are planning to take a 3 night trip around Food and Wine time. No kids this time. Which one would you pick for just 2 adults? We've never stayed at either of these 2 places...but these are our only choice for the time that we want to go.

If for a studio, SSR because it has the sofa and the queen bed. If for a 1 bedroom, OKW because everyone should experience one at least once! OKW's studios have two queen beds, not something we like to have with just 2 adults, rather have the sofa.

We prefer the size of the rooms at OKW but we like the convenience of being able to walk to DTD from SSR.

SSR studio love the couch and bed.

I like the walking distance to DTD for SSR, but, if you do not intend to go there that often, I would stick with OKW. I just like it better than SSR.

I would pick SSR. Location with proximity to DTD is great and I enjoy having the "sitting area" in the studio at SSR.

Thank you to all for your advice....In the studios...I did not even think about the lack of a sitting area (couch) at OKW. Going with SSR and the nice walk to Downtown D. Thank you again!!!
