Which one: AKL, WL, or BC and why??

I am lucky enough to be planning 2 Disney trips, one for April and one for June. The trip in April is for a work conference, so most of my (but not my family's) expenses will be paid. I would like to stay at ALL of the resorts sooner or later, so which one should I stay at in April? I'm thinking AKL and WL are much more reasonably priced in general than the BC, so therefore I should pick the BC for this trip...I have an annual pass, so I could much more easily stay at WL or AKL in the fall...I love the Poly too, but we've already stayed there once, so that's why we're considering others.

Any thoughts?

I love both the BC and WL. So if someone else (!) is paying, book the BC for April because it is a higher rate. My DW and I loved out stay there last Nov. All the CMs were terrific.

Then for June try another resort. WL is a less expensive deluxe, but keep in mind the rooms there are slightly smaller than BC rooms. WL and AKL were designed by the same architect, so you'll get a familiar feel if you stay in one then stay at the other.

From what I hear on the DISboards, AKL seems to consistently provide some incredible Disney magic. Not that the WL doesn't, but there are so many good reports about AKL, I am really tempted to try it out on our next trip.

Decisions, decisions, decisions ... so many resorts and so few trips!
