Which on-line florist do you use?

I need to order some flowers & don't see a florist in this person's town. So which of the on-line or nation-wide florists have you had the best luck with? I've heard people have had problems with flowers being delivered, but I don't know which ones had the problems. Any suggestions?

I've always had good luck with Proflowers.com, I used them a couple of times.

Once I sent a bouquet to my grandmother that happened to come with a "free" vase. I guess when the flowers arrived (via fedex) the vase was broken (flowers were perfectly fine though). She didn't mention it to me in case I felt bad, but my mother told her to call Proflowers to let them know that the vase was broken. She called, they said no problem, they would send another one. A couple of days later she got the second package with a new vase and another bouquet to go with it. So, because of that I will always use them.

I've used 1800flowers.com several times and have never had any issues.

I have used both 1800flowers and proflowers. Never had a problem with either but I do like the selection at pro better. THey send wonderful flowers.

Proflowers are my #1 favorite too. Their selection is great, their prices are good and their packaging and shipping have been perfect.

I use hallmark.com. They always have good deals, and if you sign up for their emails I often get coupons.

My co-worker's DH who is stationed in Iraq sends her flowers from Proflowers all the time. They are always beautiful and fresh .

My husband sent me flowers for V-Day from Proflowers & they called to ask how they'd arrived. Honestly they were not the freshest looking roses, so I told them. They credited his credit card for the purchase price & gave us a $100 gift certificate. That's fabulous customer service. With the gift certificate I sent my MIL flowers for Mothers Day & they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen.

Another vote for proflowers.com. The flowers are fresh and I've never had a problem with delivery.
