Park passes are tied to tickets. Once you purchase tickets and tie them to your account, you can make park pass reservations.

You buy a ticket, link it to your My Disney Experience, and then make park reservations.

Since you're an AP (per your signature) I'm assuming that's what you're referring to.

For those unaware, AP's are limited to 3 park days at a time unless staying on property OR at a participating offsite hotel.

Those hotels would include the ones that used to get the 60 day FP. I *think* it is just B Resort, Doubletree Disney Springs, Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs, and Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs, Swan, Dolphin, Hilton Bonnet Creek, Waldorf, and Four Seasons right now.
