Which number to call for DME?

I booked two rooms for our July visit ~ so I had to call to make the initial reservation and therefore, I can't enter my flight info online (or make any reservation changes without calling). Which number should I call to give Disney my flight info for DME? Is it the reservation number or the transportation number? Anything else that I need to know before making a call? TIA!
