DW, DS(4) and I aren't cruising until Jan '05, but we are always in the planning stage. DW and I were looking at going to Palos for 1 dinner, but can't decide which night would be best. We would like to try each of the 3 restaurants the first 3 nights, and then the theme nights the next 3, leaving the last night as the best option. After further consideration, DW wants to spend the last night with DS.
Is there any one night that people feel is better to skip the usual dinner for Palos? I know that Palos would be superior to any of them, but it's our first cruise and we want to experience everything.
We are definitely going to book a Brunch at Palos, so we will be able to experience the restaurant that way.
Thanks.

As Caroljean said go to Barb's or Dave's website and review menus and if there is a menu that appeals to you the least, then book Palo for that night. As for your dh wanting to spend the last night with your ds, take into consideration that if your ds has made friends on the cruise he may not want to spend the last evening with you as this will be the last evening with his friends and he just may want to spend the evening with them.
