If you wern't tied to school hols which month would you go,

Im trying to deiede which month and wanted to know which were best for crouds and not being to hot!!

Also does anyone have an idea how much the disney princess dress are in the parks and i wanted to get my girls 1 whilst we are there the prices for the ones in dlrp were Between 30 to 60 euros so wondered how this compared??

thanks

September and October are good months to go, quiet parks etc, weather still hot but not as humid, less showers, halloween party to go to if you want, all in all great months to visit!
Have a look on the usa disney store for prices of dresses :)

Without school holidays my choices would be late April (as long as it didn't coincide with Easter - the week beginning 7 days after Easter Sunday is much quieter and prices are lower), or early to mid May. Alternatively, September is fairly good too. If you want to swim and skip the intense heat then these are good months and typically see lower rainfall that the summer months. September will still be very hot though.

Princess dresses in the parks last year were around $65 and upwards. If you don't want to get one here and take it with you, see if you can order online from the US for delivery to your resort/villa/hotel. You will get them for under half the price. Even the US Disney Store is much cheaper.

Sorry no idea about princess dresses....I have a boy !! :)

First 2 weeks in december with out a doubt.

We went then twice before my son started school and it was the best.
The christmas stuff was in full swing, the weather was spring like and the crowds were very, very low.

If we could we would go then every year.....oh well, only 8 years till the boy's done with school.

We always go end of Sep, begining of Oct.....the weather is great....low crowds.....Epcot Food and Wine and MNSSHP:thumbsup2

I think last Sept they were $69....are you thinking of taking them to the bibbidi bobbidi boutique?...my DD4 loved it

Dresses were $60 plus tax. Much nicer than the ones from DLRP or disney store.

Some cs restaurants gave a 20% off merchendise coupon last trip which we used for DD's ariel dress.

If you are an ebayer keep your eyes open - genuine wdw dresses do come on ebay - i've bought DD alot off there.

BBB was fabulous - DD loved it and we are going again this trip. Middle package -hair, nails, makeup is $55 plus tax - take your own dress. You can still have the posed photos taken and added to your photopass card.

Non school holidays - first 2 weeks of December are lovely. Been twice - fantastic time to go. Trying Oct now DD is strating school.

Someone did a poll recently best month to go - sept and october were voted the best.

Thanks i had september or may in mind so will check prices for then!

BBB what a fab idea hadn't heard of that before will def look into it do you have to pre book?? If so can you pay in advance?

Memories by Betsie www.memoriesbybetsie.com does reasonably priced welcome packs. A very personal feel to the website and rave reviews. Of course there is Mickey's Grand Welcome, but that will set you back almost enough to fly another person out with you :scared1:

Yes you can phone to book BBB from 180 days out. Just pay $10 to reserve a place. I'd definitely book to get the time you want.

My daughter had hers done in the castle. They also do it at DTD.
