which mod for 1 night

we are 2 adults, and will be staying in a moderate for the first time, for just one night, before switching to the Yacht Club for a week.
Which mod do you suggest? I like the theming of all of them, and we will just have dinner at the resort restaurant, so maybe that's important..? how are Boatwrights? shutters? and Maya Grill?

I like Coronado Springs. We stayed there for the first time last summer and really liked it. We were only there for two nights before we checked into AKL and BCV, but it was very nice. Almost has a more adult feel about it, but the pool is great for kids. I liked the Casitas. The Maya Grill had a wonderful buffet breakfast. The dinner was good.

Boatwrights is really nice and the staff is wonderful! Never ate dinner there, but the breakfast was always nice. The themeing of Port Orleans is romantic and a bit more grown up than the other mods.

I voted Coronado. Beautiful resort - great restaurant on site - Maya Grille. It's excellent.
