Which MK attractions close during EMH

Which Magic Kingdom attractions are usually closed during evening Extra Magic Hours? I was surprised to see someone say they met A&E during evening EMH! Is Mickey usually talking then as well?

Is there a site that lists the usual wait times for various attractions during EMH in July?

I don't have a list of the ones that are closed, but this evening I just was looking for a list of ones that are open during evening EMH. This is what I found.

I don't think Splash is open during evening EMH

When planning for our September trip, I discovered this. Bummer, but we're just making sure to ride it a lot during the day!

No,it was part of PM EMH for years,but no more.

So, closed during evening emh is Splash Mountain, the railroad around MK, Meeting Mickey at Town Square Theater, and all of the outdoor character meets. Any other attractions that are noticeably missing from the 'open' list?
