Which location would you suggest for ASMU

We are staying at this resort for the first time in two weeks and haven't requested anything except non-smoking room at this point. We are renting a car so being near the bus stops is not a priority for us; we have a standard view reserved and want to be where it's relatively quiet although not so far away from the food court that we need to take the car to get there. Does anyone have a favorite building at All Star Music they would suggest?

Jazz 9 was perfect for us the last time we did the AllStars. The parking lot is right out back, the Guitar pool is right there but you're not in front of it so noise is not a problem and a stroll past Calypso puts you in the food court and at the bus stop. BTW, in my experience AllStar has the most frequent bus service of any resort we've stayed at. Except for our trip to Universal and the occasional Mickey D burger, our rental car got no use that week.

We were in the Herbie bldg. and it's the farthest from the Food Court. However, we weren't discouraged by the walk. It's not that bad and it's very quiet.

We have stayed in the Broadway, Country, and Jazz, and by far our favorite is the Jazz. It is close enough to the pool and food court and bus area and yet we were not charged at a preferred room rate. We have ressies there for September and really hope to be place in the Jazz building again...

We, too, prefer the Jazz building, as it's a short walk to the Food Court and bus stop, but still quiet. We were on 2nd floor looking out over the guitar pool. Last December there were only a few kids in the big pool and none in the guitar pool so it was very quiet. Might be busier during the summer, of course. The crepe myrtles and other landscaping have become quite lush compared to the early pictures of the All Stars resorts that I saw on the web site. On the 2nd floor you're up near the tops of the taller shrubs and it was very pleasant.

Thanks you guys...Jazz building #9 top floor will be our request. This is our first stay here and it's an unexpected short trip but I'm sure we'll have a great time. My daughter can feel the warm water of the piano pool on her toes already :) I'll say "hi" to Mickey for you.
