which kids club is the best?

My kids are 8 and 9 . We would like to go out and and leave them in one of those babysitting kids club for a few hours. They are not into video games, but they love crafts. I also read they have live animal deminstations or shows at AKL. Does anyone have experience in this? They love animals and crafts. Which one would you choose for my kids and why. Thanks!

My kids were 6 & 9 when they stayed at the Netherland Club and loved it. They had a crafts table and a big screen that played movies.

My dd has done the Neverland Club 3 times now. She's more than a little sad that at 11 she's getting a little big for it. It's at the Polynesian Resort, right behind the bus stop area. It is wonderfully themed in the Peter Pan style. They can have dinner, watch movies, do crafts, play video games, read or just play with the other kids. We were given a beeper type thing in case there was a problem. Only problem was that we came back too soon for my dd's taste!!!

The neverland club is at the POLY.
My kids beg to go there every trip and they are 9 and 11 now!!

IT is peter pan's treehouse and has all kinds of things to do!

My kids also LOVE the kids clubs. They also beg to go back. Last year we only used the MickeyMouse Club at the GF. This year we are taking them to 3!! The Sandcastle Club at YC, Cubs Den at the WL and Simbas Club at AKL.

I think the kids enjoy it because it gives them an opportunity to have some "down" time enjoying TV/videos and the computers. They also get to do a craft or color and they also get to choose their own meals.

I dont think you can go wrong with any of them. Neverland at the Poly is the largest and can take the most kids so if your kids are social, that may be a good pick. The GF kids club is the smallest.
