Which Jambo savanna?

Hi! We stayed at Kidani and loved it. Just booked Jambo today for March. Can I put in a request for a specific savanna? If yes, which one shoud I request?

In general, we like to be close to the pool. We also want to see giraffes!

There is no bad savanna. However, our favorite there is Arusha (the one in the middle of the building) and our favorite area is along Zebra Trail. Most rooms there face west so you do not get blinding sun coming in during the morning but get to watch very pleasant sunsets in the evening. Note, to be close to pool you need to request close to lobby. Personally I would not request that because being down the hallway a ways actually provides the best views. There are giraffes in each of the Jambo savannas.

Of course, you can put in a request for a certain savannah, but there's no guarantee you'll get it. However, just so you know, there are giraffes on all 3 savannahs. I was on Sunset Savannah a few weeks ago and saw giraffes regularly. One night, I saw a giraffe lying down resting, which I thought was exciting, because all the giraffes I've ever seen were standing up-
