June will be our first visit since the new FL is all open...how long o the Ariel and Dumbo lines get? We are trying to figure out which to get FP for vs the rest of FL rides. Also, does Merida line still get quite long?

Typical FPs for MK are the three Mountains and Pan. After that we may opt to get them for the new Ariel ride, Pooh, Buzz, or Jungle Cruise.

At MK we usually get FP's for the 3 Mountains (Big Thunder, Space and Splash) Peter Pan (such a slow loader) and sometimes Jungle Cruise.

The line for Merida doesn't get as long as it did for Rapunzel. I've seen people mention they've still been lining up for as long as 45 minutes to meet her.

Not long during non-holiday times.

Plus, Dumbo has the large "no-line" Standby waiting area option.

Little Mermaid has a popular interactive Standby queue.

Last trip in January we did not need too many Fastpasses. We got an Ariel, Space, and Big Thunder.

We got to RD and got quite a few rides checked off our list before noon (when the crowds started to come). We did FP Space Mountain for later on in the evening. We did ETWB, then rode Little Mermaid and then went to see Ariel. They are all next to each other. Also, if you get to Beast's Castle before 9:30, you get a sneak peak at what the inside looks like. It's neat because you can take pictures without others around :) I believe Merida started signing at 930, but not sure. The line gets quite long. We waited for 40 minutes because they only let a few people in each time. Dumbo wasn't too bad, as that was done in the morning also. They have a play area so you don't have to stand in line. You just come back when your buzzer goes off. Just get there at RD and you will have no problems. We took breaks in the day and still did all we wanted too and we spent 2 days there.

What order do you get these? Does one run out sooner than the others? I'm guessing Peter Pan should be the first FP?

Pan or Space depending on your interests, then Splash or Big Thunder. JC is lowest on my family's list of those mentioned.
