My whole family loves this place! DD14 gets the Cottage Pie, DD11 and I always get the Fish and Chips and DH alternates between the Bangers and Mash, and the Stew. Good food all around!
Also, I spent almost 4 months in England during my youth, and going to the Rose and Crown always reminds me of that time.
I loved the TS meal at the Japanese Restaurant. It was the only place that we had last year and I plan on adding more to our upcoming trip but the food here was Excellent and the Chef's performances were very good.
Chefs de France is our favorite. We always have had good food, and I really like the room. It is so airy, and the people watching out the big glass windows is great.
We haven't eaten at all of the WS TS restaurants, but we do love Le Cellier. The cheese soup, pretzel bread, and mushroom filet are fabulous! We'll also be trying Les Chefs de France for lunch on our next trip.
Le Cellier. The service was excellent. The appetizers whether it be the beef kabob or the cheese soup were outstanding, and the filet mignon was great. It was my favorite meal on the trip. Rose & Crown was also very good.
Very tough choice. I voted for Bistro de Paris, but I'd also give high marks to Rose & Crown, Teppenyaki & le Cellier, not necessarially in that order. On the bottom of my list would be Alfredo's and 9 Draggons.
I voted for Le Cellier. Last October was my first time eating at any of the TS restaurants. Of course, this was free dining time, so I could only get lunch, which was one of the best meals I have ever eaten at! We all liked it so good, we made another adr for the same trip. I thought the whole place was great! The service was excellent and so was the food. I think the only thing I didn't like was the cheese soup, that's because I don't really eat cheese.
We loved it so much, we're eating there twice again on our next trip in October. We can't wait!
We love the Biergarten in Germany!! At first I didnt really care for the family style seating where you sit with complete strangers. But despite having said that, we have always sat with friendly people and really enjoyed every experience we've had there. Being from German background, perhaps we are biased.. but the pretzel rolls are to die for... and the bratwurst, and the red cabbage
I love the great service as well as the food at Le Cellier. Rose & Crown would be a close second. I like their lamb/barley soup, steak, potato, green bean, sticky toffee pudding special. If you choose Rose & Crown try to get a 7:10 ADR, arrive early, and ask to wait for a patio table to view Illuminations.
