Which is the better filet?

I know Yachtman usually gets the vote. Want to make my husband happy with a good filet, while also appeasing myself who also likes chicken and seafood, and kids who are happy with pasta or kids' food.

I currently have The Wave booked for our MK day followed by Le Cellier the next day and thinking I will cancel one or the other.

My vote is not helpful to you though as I haven't eaten at the Wave!!! I will say this though - I think the very best dish at Le Cellier is the filet. From members of my dining party who have had other things, they are just ok. Yachtsman was better all around, but their filet did not beat the Le Cellier filet in my book.

Having eaten in all three, I would keep Le Cellier over the Wave, we ate there and found the meal to be just meh...ok. As in better filet, we ate in Yachtsman once five years ago so the details are a little vague, my husband liked his steak, but the steaks are always amazing at Le Cellier having eaten there about 6 times. (Although we feel the quality / experience in general there has declined in the last 2 visits).

For me I can think of at least a half dozen places in WDW that have better steaks than Le Cellier including a couple on Epcot. From you list I can't speak for the Wave but IMO it is not even close between Le Cellier and Yachtsman Steakhouse. LC for me is a dark, loud and crowded place offering "Outback" type steaks including the at times raved (though now less popular) about Mushroom Filet and it's salty mushroom sauce and Minute Rice quality risotto. LC is the least signature restaurant I have dined at in Disney. YSH offers a much more inviting atmosphere to dine in and I personally think the steaks are far better than LC.
