which is the best moderate?

i want to upgrade from value and want to know which moderate is best. i was originally thinking the carribean but i have seen some really nice pictures of port orleans riverside and now im thinking coronado ahhhhh which one? we dont have kids and love good food! help!!!!

POR - look no further - it is beautiful, serene, comfortable, has amazing amentities for a moderate (love that boat ride to DTD), excellent food options, etc. I can't say enough about it.

CSR for the pool, transportation, food, atmosphere, and beauty of the resort. It's great! CSR offers some deluxe amenities like a spa, salon, fitness center, tanning beds and full menu room service.

Well, my vote is certainly for Caribbean Beach! We stayed there last Sept. and fell in love with it!!! If the DH didn't have his heart set on the Wilderness Lodge, then we would definitely be staying at CBR again this year! I have lots of pictures if you want to see any of them!

POR is my favorite moderate. I've never stayed there, but took a walk around and it looks really nice.

Not to bring on the ire here, but I hated CBR...I love Por and Pofq and loved CSR even more...It is all personal opinion..

CBR and CSR are a bit more "spread out" ... longer walks, etc. POR and POFQ are much more "compact". Just another factor to consider depending on your party, may or may not be an issue.

I find POFQ to be small, quiet, pretty and romantic. It's our favorite though we are not opposed to staying at either POR or CBR if POFQ isn't available.

It depends when you are going but CBR will be opening a new pool in Sept. CBR is a beautiful resort. We didn't care for CSR. We have stayed at POR and thought it was good.

It all comes down to the theming you like best. You will have a great time no matter where you stay.

IMO...POR falls into the category of "spread out" with CBR & CSR. POFQ is really the only moderate that could be described as "compact".

If you love atmosphere, romance, beautiful landscaping, and a decent food court then I would definitely stay at POR. It is more spread out then POFQ but I like the quiet pools and romantic theming

IMO POFQ is the nicest mod. POR comes in second. With no children and wanting to try different resturants the boat to downtown disney would be a real plus.

CSR is a very beautiful and romantic resort. At night, it's breathtaking. Also, for all the reasons already mentioned.

We just stayed at the CBR over xmas and it really is a very tropic resort very colorful. We also have stayed at P.O.F.Q and we like this one just a little bit more, I think it has to do with the size, it's alot smaller.

Our children are grown and when staying at a moderate, POR is always our choice. We have visited the others but the grounds at the others, IMO, do not compare. We also love the Food Court at POR.
