Which is the best loop out of 100-300?

Sorry, I know these loop threads can be annoying!

We have a reservation for August 3-6...our first trip to the Fort in our old 85 Fleetwood Jamboree (26 ft I believe). We had requested the 300 loop as we were going to bring our dog. However, we have decided to leave him with my in-laws. We are paying for a preferred loop and want to be as close as possible to the Marina for our park day. Is 100 or 200 better than 300? Or should we just keep our preference for 300 even without the dog?

Any thoughts on that?

It's not like any of these loops is a great distance from the Settlement area that would make one significantly better than another. To me, the "best" loop at FW is the one I'm in at the moment.

100 has the least amount of walking to get to the marina then 200.
How ever alot of people cut through the 100 loop on there way to the marina as a short cut. We always stay in the 200 loop. But now that I have a golf cart I don't care what loop I am in.

100 is very close the marina, Settlement area, Crocketts Tavern etc. 200 is a bit more quiet and still pretty close.

I like 100 because I can hear the boats and the music from the settlement.

We are on site 126 now and it is an awesome site. Very roomy and the people in the 100 loop are very pleasant

Anyone ever NOT get the loop they requested? I just called and changed my preference from the 300 loop to the 100 loop. I know Loop 100 is smaller so there's probably a lesser chance of getting it...
