Which is better- OKW GV or BWV GV

We are planning a family vacation next April. This is the first time ever all the kids will be staying at the same place at the same time. It is costing us a bloody fortune but I want this time with my kids (really step- kids) and my grandkids. We have to pay everyones fares and God knows what all, but I really hope it will be worth it.
Anyway here is my question. We are going to stay in a Grand Villa at WDW for the weekend( we have a Beach Cottage booked for the weekdays) but are not sure which location we should pick, OKW or BWVs. We have enough points at each resort to pick either. BWV GVs are only 7 pts more a night than OKW GVs. What do you suggest? Anyone ever stay at these deluxe accomodations? We could stay at BW and have the proximity to the action or choose the lay back atmosphehere of OKW. What a quandry? You only live once I say.

I would not choose based on the GV at either place but where you think your family would like to stay near the action or away from it. All grand-villas are great. For 2 nights I would pick BWV that way people will be able to see Illuminations and walk to MGM, near the action as you say.
