Which is better? Link to pre-trip or moved?

We are 12 days from our trip & therefore about a month away from beginning my TR. Which do all you readers prefer? Link to the Pre-trip? Or Pre-trip included at the beginning of TR? Just so I know where to start writing TR when I get back.
