Which is better in your opinion?

I admit it I am getting a little flustered about when to return to DW. We will be pulling our kids out of school for this trip.We are looking at either September or Late Jan-Feb.Can anyone who has pulled their kids out of school for a trip during these times help me decide which is the best time to go taking all other things(weather,crowds,...etc) into account. We are concerned about the best time school wise as well.I figured both times are a wash as fars as missing critical info in school(neither kiddo is in high school yet and both are perennial honor role). Thanks in advance for the info.
