For us last trip it was cheaper to do room discount and buy military park tickets and add on the dining plan, even cheaper than free dining or the room discount from Disney. But you'd have to individually price it out for you. You can maximize your park time with the four day tickets by using emh, and your fun time by using the water park and more options.
