What's missing from this plan? On DisneyMoon, on DDP, staying at OKW in August:

Day 2 - Breakfast: Olivia's (Pay OOP), Dinner: BOG (1TS) - ADR made
Day 3 - Dinner: Cape May's (1TS) - ADR made
Day 4 - Lunch: Le Cellier (2TS) - ADR made
Day 5 - Dinner: The Wave (1TS) - ADR made
Day 6 - Breakfast: CP (1TS), Dinner: Garden Grill (1TS) - ADR made
Day 7 - Dinner: Private/Intimate Dining @ Grand Floridian (Pay OOP)
Day 8 - Dinner: Biergarten (1TS) - ADR made
Day 9 - Offsite, no meals
Day 10 - Dinner: Boma (1TS) ??
Day 11 - Dinner: Chefs de France (1TS - poss surcharge for prix fixe?) ??
Day 12 - Dinner: Kouzzina (1TS) ??
Day 13 - no meal plans ??
Day 14 - no meal plans ??

We have spent 11 of our TS credits, so have 3 remaining. What should we use these for? All suggestions welcome!

On the days that you have no meals planned, where will you be going to those days? You may be able to plan a few meals at some of the resorts.

I don't see Ohana (it's our favorite)

Have you considered any character meals?

We also like Sunshine Seasons.

Have you seen the lists on allears.net? There are some great options for QS as well.

DH and I often share a QS lunch on a day we have a "big" (buffet/family style) dinner planned.

What about a Fantasmic meal plan?

I would wave Le Cellier and add Jiko and GF Cafe. Everything else depends on your preference, Marrakesh IMO is very good, we also enjoy 'Ohanna.

Really? I've heard people rave about Le Cellier being the best steak on property.

We LOVE Le Cellier!! In fact, we will be eating there twice and I know I will be getting the filet both visits!!

What about a little Irish ambiance, table dancing and lovely food at Ragland's in DTD, Take the boat from OKW at night, so romantic with the lights! ! I would also recommend Bluezoo at the Dolphin since you're on your honeymoon! Great drinks, fantastic appetizers and really good, imaginative entrees! Just take the boat from Epcot!

And for a change of pace and break from the resorts, if you love movies, try the Dine in Theater in DTD! August is a scorcher and a break in a cool dark theater with drinks and dinner, we love it! The food is really good!

I used to love Le Cellier and would recommend it to all of my friends, but I found myself disappointed in December. The soup and desserts were still good but the steak really wasn't any better than the run-of-the mill steaks were can get around our house. When we took into account what we were paying, my family all agreed that we would be skipping it from here on out. But, if you want a nice steak, why not head over to Yachtsman Steakhouse at Yacht Club that day? It's a very simple walk from Epcot and the steaks are quite good.

I would also like to throw out the idea of a princess meal at Akershus. My family all loved everything that we ordered and that family includes a 2-year-old and an 80 year old grandmother who is incredibly picky and just wanted to eat ice cream for every meal. If you don't want to brave the Norwegian food, you can do breakfast which is pretty standard fare. The princess interaction we had was top notch (yes, better than Cinderella's Royal Table) and they made such a fuss over those of us celebrating anniversaries. We also had some special pixie dust sprinkled on us courtesy of Ariel. In fact, she is not my 56 year old father's favorite princess because of our experience. It is a must-do for everyone in our family.

Nice selection.

I'd consider a change from LeCellier. It's really not a 2 table service value. If you want a real 2 table service meal, consider Jiko instead of Boma, Narcoosee's, California Grill (if it's open when you're going), or Artist Point. Or, just pay out of pocket there and save the 2 table service credits for other restaurants.

I'd suggest Liberty Tree Tavern for LUNCH. The ooey-gooey toffee cake is unforgettably good. And the entrees are familiar. After a week at Disney eating unusual food, you'll be dying for some well made pot roast or the Thanksgiving meal.

Likewise, if you've never done 'Ohana, you might want to put that on your list.

I'd also strongly suggest Yak and Yeti, Via Napoli, and San Angel Inn, depending upon your food preferences (Asian, Italian, Mexican).

Such an unfortunate name for a restaurant. LOL

We're looking forward to trying these as well. Perhaps Morocco as well!

We like doing CS in EPCOT because we enjoy tasting small things in every country. Kinda like a mini eat and drink around the world! :cool1:

I have never eaten at the signature restaurants but I have eaten many steaks at Disney including at Le Cellier before it was a 2 credit and I can say the best I have had was the steak in the surf and turf at the Rose and Crown. Best value table service meal at Disney by a long shot and also one of the best tasting imo (also you can see illuminations from the Patio). I would drop Le Cellier for sure, add Ohana, add Rose and Crown, drop Chefs De France (worst restaurant on property by a mile), then you will have 4 credits left by my math which I would use on Jiko and one of the other signatures

Rainforest Cafe & T-rex were our best meals last visit..even beat out our Le Cellier visit! Cape May Cafe as well..if you like Crab legs

We really like Captain's Grille at Yacht Club for a late breakfast, then head to Epcot World Showcase as soon as it opens at 11.

We also spend an evening at Fort Wilderness - dinner at Trail's End, Chip N Dale show and movie, fireworks and electrical water pageant on the beach.

There is a giant, gaping hole in your plan where Sanaa should be! In August you'll have daylight during dinner, let them know it's your honeymoon and request a window seat where you can dine with the giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, antelope, ankole cattle, ostrich and the rest of the savanna denizen!

Thanks everyone for all your help!

I looked at the menu for Sanaa and I'm not that keen. I can get great Indian food at home in the UK, and cheaply too. I've done Ohana at breakfast - was pretty indifferent to it. I've swapped out Le Cellier for Yachtsman, and added in Artist Point.

I know some don't like Chefs de France but we loved the prix fixe menu when we visited 2 years ago.

I've made a few changes and now we're looking at:

Day 1: Arrive, QS dinner @ DTD
Day 2 - Breakfast: Olivia's (Pay OOP), Dinner: BOG (1TS) - ADR made
Day 3 - Dinner: Cape May Cafe (1TS) - ADR made
Day 4 - Lunch: Yachtsman Steakhouse (2TS) - ADR made

Day 7 - Dinner: Private/Intimate Dining @ Grand Floridian (Pay OOP)
Day 8 - Dinner: Biergarten (1TS) - ADR made
Day 9 - Offsite, no meals
Day 10 - Dinner: Boma (1TS) ADR now made
Day 11 - Dinner: Chefs de France (1TS) ADR now made
Day 12 - Dinner: Kouzzina (1TS)
Day 13 - Artist Point (2TS)
Day 14 - no meal plans ??

Right - just the last night - 1TS left, dining with in-laws. Where to go? Needs to be not so hard to get to from OKW. In-laws already did Raglan Road.

The Turf Club, next door at SSR is quite good. Also, we enjoyed House of Blues in DTD as well!

Raglan road in DTD and Yachtsman's steakhouse at the Yacht Club. I would do Yachtsman over Le Cellier. We do like Le Cellier but YS is much better with better service We did it on our Honeymoon and it was so special and romantic.
