Because not enough people are using it. I highly recommend using it when possible and the mention it as a dissatisfier when filling out surveys.

Something to keep in mind...the Pixar Place entrance to DCA is only available in the morning through noon. This is a recent change. You can always exit out that way but can't always enter that way.

That's odd, especially considering they advertise that entrance as a perk to staying at PP. Hopefully they change it back. It's a great entrance!

We use that exit often throughout the day and there is rarely anyone entering. They have at least three security and two ticket takers waiting for people. Those employees would probably be more valuable helping with the entrance and security at GCH.
