It's at 8:35 apparently and we're staying at Pop, and dined at Artist Point. We would like to see the launch if possible. I know you could see discovery at the Marina of Wilderness lodge but our adr is over.

Ummmmm.. space shuttles are done flying... last one rode an airplane to california about a month ago...

Maybe some other rocket, but not the shuttle..

Sorry, the falcon 9. The launch of the unmanned rocket. Wesh news reported that some parts would be able to see it. It's being launched from Cape Canaveral.

Then you just look that way, if the launch goes, and it's clear you will see the flame going up.. No place better or worse as long as you can see to the east.

We saw the shuttle many years ago while in Epcot. We saw it to the east over the lake in the World Showcase. You could see the trail of smoke and everything. I would think the same would be true for seeing a rocket.

Not certain about resort but a few years ago I saw one from the monorail while while traveling to MK

Dont think this rocket would be nearly as bright as the shuttle was.. Plus seeing the smoke and everything probably was during the day? That one was at 835 pm and was probably pretty dark by that point. I do hope they got to at least see something though!!

We saw the shuttle while at the AK parking lot November 2010. Was during the day so couldn't make it out other than the trail and the light from the boosters.

We saw the Shuttle go up last February. About 40 or 50 of us standing on the bridge between the main building and the Pyramid pool at CSR. Facing building 9B on the small part of the lagoon.
