Hi! We are planning a trip to Disney in late July. I have a lot of info- It's hard to choose. I hear The Holiday Inn Family Suites is very nice, (I was able to book a room for $125) (a kids suite)however, I understand that Holiday Sunspree is nice. (I was able to book a room for $59 for kids suites (w/gov't discount) A friend of mine tells me Holiday Inn -Nikki Bird and Holiday Inn Maingate? is nice.
My ? Is Holiday Inn Family Suites worth the $125 or go for Sunspree? I would appreciate any in put. Thanks a bunch!

For sure I would choose HIFS over Niki Bird. We have stayed at both of these resorts. However, Sunspree looked like a nice resort, and it sure is a good price:)

I have never stayed at HIFS but i have stayed at Holiday Inn sunspree and really liked it, It's a very nice hotel and it had alot for the kids to do and adults too, there is a lonestar steak house next door too..
Their were two adults and 4 kids and we had a kids suite and we had plenty of room, Kids ate free, and they had karoke and bingo for adults and if they kids wanted to do it too they were aloud.
Have fun!!

We've stayed at the Sunspree and liked it a lot. Considering the price you got, I'd go with it. I'm assuming you are a Priority Club member (if you aren't, be sure to sign up ASAP - it's free). You'll get extra perks with it at Sunspree (for example: we were upgraded from a regular room to a suite; they provide you with a free beeper while you use their kids club; etc).

We stayed at the Sunspree resort twice, in '95 and '00. The kids activities were neat, though we weren't there enough for our kids to really participate. The pool is really nice. We stayed in a Kidsuites last year and it's a neat idea though, for us a room with 2 double beds would have been just as good, since we literally only slept there. We were gone from 9-9 just about every day for the entire 10 days we were there. To us the rooms just kinda felt old. Though I would certainly say at such a good price you can't really go wrong.

We stayed at HIFS for 10 days in December and really liked it. The pools are great! The rooms were not huge, but we loved having separate bedrooms and a living room. The location is great too!

I've never stayed at the others you listed, but I've read other great reviews on HIFS as well. Did you check placestostay.com for a possible better rate?

Good luck deciding!
