Which holiday better for WDW? MLK or Pres Wkend?

We normally avoid holidays, but due to immediate circumstances, the only opportunity we have to take a WDW trip in the near future is to go either this month over MLK birthday weekend, or next month over President's Weekend. For those of you who have been on either or both, which is preferable in terms of crowds, etc. to take a WDW trip?

My personal opinion: MLK weekend is better. Some kids get off for the entire Presidents week and with a longer break time people are more apt to go on vacation.

gotta ditto the last poster.....i would pick MLK. i was there over pres weekend a few years back and it was brutal. Last year we purposely scheduled our trip to avoid it (got there late in the week following pres weekend) - much better. Most folks don't travel over the MLK break as it is a bit too close to the holidays. You might luck out and have crowds not be too bad on MLK weekend.

I gotta agree. MLK will be MUCH better crowd-wise than President's week.

We've done both- MLK is MUCH better than Pres Week!

BTW- President's Week (the one time we tried- never again!) was worse than any other time we have ever encountered including- Christmas Week, 4th of July and Spring Break!
