And what number do you use to book them?

I can only find two full service restaurants in either IOA (Mythos and Confisco's) and Universal Studios (Lombard's Seafood Grille and Finnegan's Bar and Grill).

Are there any others? Am I missing any?

And which do you recommend?

Mythos is my #1 choice of above listed full service. You can call 407 224 FOOD - or (407) 224-4534 (direct)

Lombard's Seafood Grille and Finnegan's Bar and Grill.

I have seen very good reviews for Lombards but have not tried it myself.

Dont rule out the terrific restaurants at the on-site hotels and CityWalk as well! Universal has some pretty amazing dining choices! Enjoy:)

Mythos and Lombard's are the best in each park. Mythos is consistently voted the best theme park restaurant in the world by themeparkinsider. Emeril's at CityWalk and Emeril's Tchoup Chop at Royal Pacific are also some of the best restaurants in Orlando.

I totally agree. Mythos is number one in my book. Lombard's is also a wonderful break from the park.
Tchoup Chop is incredible.

I like The Enchanted Oak and Thunder River Falls Terrace at IOA. At the studios, I like Lombard's and Louie's.

Mythos is excellent and is probably our favorite but Lombards is very good too. I had a seafood salad but the shrimp seemed to be canned! Apart from that it was good. DS and DD had battered fish and fries which were awesome. The oreo milkshake was to die for!
Here is ds finishing off his fish while dd tries to snatch. Excuse his bad manners - using his hands!

The dining @ Mythos was excellent, including the expert wait staff. We also liked the Enchanted Oak for counter-serve, Merline strolled about a surprising bonus.

Didn't get to try it, but Finnigans was highly recommend by the HRH concierge.

We love Mythos and Finnigan's. Both are must do's for us. Lombards is good too.

Mythos! Last visit Merlin sat with my son and I and let us know that we mispronounce Mytho's. It hasn't stopped us though.
Finnegan's has a good steak.

BTW- Go Hawks :cheer2:

Here's my Mythos page.

Mythos used to be a fan favorite of everyone here because one of the Chef's (Randy) used to post on this board. He eventually moved on to Confisco's Grille, and may have gone to college. Since then, the reviews have been so so. Some are thrilled, some are bla. I think it depends on what you order. I'd stick to the simple food and not try anything complicated, like sea food.

Don't forget about the restaurants between the parks. Many like the Hard Rock Cafe, the apps are really good. If you visit this restaurant, go early at 11:30am, or 4pm to beat the crowd.

Mythos is great for a sit down. Try to get in for the express lunch, it has a little better rate. Don't forget the Annual pass discount also. Worth the extra $$$$. I also recommend Margaritaville @ Citywalk, just reserve in advance. Get close to the volcano, and don't worry if U have kids, it's fine.

when does mythos offer an express lunch - time of day, what days, etc? I'm looking at 5/19. Is it a limited menu w/ lower prices & smaller portions?

The Express lunch menu is limited, but they offer the regular menu in addition to it. Don't know about the portion size as we ordered off the regular menu during lunch. The express lunch gets you in and out faster.

I'm a big fan of Confisco, not just because of the cool Character Breakfast, but the friendly staff and great and AFFORDABLE food. I've been in multiple times since they've opened and am a big fan of their Fajitas and Ribs. They also do this amazing dessert which is a warm chocolate cake topped with ice cream and a milk and white chocolate sauces that was soooo good I went two days in a row on my last visit to scarf one down.
