Planning a vacation for 5 night from Nov 21st -Nov 26th with 5 and 2 year old and will be staying at the Swan and Dolphin and need to figure out how to best use our time there.

Day 1 - arrive later afternoon - Skip park or go in the evening?
Day 2 - MK, should we come back for naps? worth the time on the bus, should we uber for faster travels to the rooms?
Day 3 - AK, same as day 2
Day 4 - HS
Day 5 - MK

Which FP ride's should I book in each park based on the kids age etc. (I want to minimize the wait times as much as possible). Since I wont get a magic band for staying at the swan and dolphin, will that be an issue?
I am open to other suggestions on planning and strategy.

This depends on what types of attractions your family wants to ride. Your 5 year old will be able to ride almost anything in all the parks. The 2 year old will be too small for some. There may be rides that the adults want to do even if the kids don't and you can use rider swap. Lots of variables. In general I would prioritize getting FP for 7DMT, Peter Pan, and the mountains. Buzz, Jungle Cruise, Enchanted Tales with Belle and Pooh are another good use of FP. Haunted Mansion and Pirates can usually be picked up as 4th or 5th fp. At AK, get FP for a Pandora ride, the safari, and the mickey and minnie meet and greet (unless you want to do Everest). For HS, pick a toy story ride. The only other attractions that need fp there are Tower of terror and Rock In Rollercoaster.

Naps at the resort never worked for us. My kids would fall asleep on the ride back and be awake at the resort. I recommend stroller naps.

This will be our first time at Disney and I am hearing that the weekend leading upto thanksgiving can be very crowded, is this true?

Is there a website that lists all the ride and the thrill level, the two boys would enjoy milder rides, not sure even my 5 year old would enjoy anything that is too thrilling.
What is a riderswap? can we make changes to FP after we book them.

I will read through it, thanks for pointing it out.

Just wondering how would we efficiently use it, meaning if our 2 year old cannot go to a ride because of restrictions etc.
Do I book FP for me and my 5 year old and my wife and 2 year old wait? How can then my wife also enjoy the same ride with my 5 year old while I wait with my 2 year old. Hope my question makes sense.
