Hi all, we are going to Disney for a shorter trip than ususal and have a first timer joining us!! So exciting to show him how we do disney ;)
Anywho, we have 3 day park tickets and plan to do MK and Epcot for sure, but are deciding on the 3rd. Im worried HS will have a lot of construction, and last time we went we were done with the park in a matter of hours... we dont want to feel like we wasted close to 100$ for a few hours. But, it does have 2 of the "wild rides" that the newbie would LOVE!
On the other hand, AK is a personal favorite, but im wondering if it wont leave a good impression on him. Both of them have 6 rides we would go on, making it even. Yes im the queen of over thinkers, please help!!!

I'd vote for AK. If you do the shows and check out the animals it can easily be an all day park. Plus they have the new Jungle Book show as well.

It depends on when you are going. As much as we used to love HS more than AK but if you are going after the ROL opens then I would pick AK. Both of these are 1/2 day parks for us but with all the changes I believe AK will be close to a full day park soon.

That is s tough call, and I would feel the same way you do. If the extra cost isn't a big issue, I would probably purchase the hopper option and do a half day at each one. :)
If I had to choose, I would probably go for DHS because I would have a hard time passing up ToT. Ideally though, I would get park hoppers and cover off the must do attractions in each.
Ideally, we would do this as well.. but we splurged for the CR this trip and are trying to avoid extra costs that arent "necessary" (in my opinion it is necessary lol).

Unfortunately, were going June 1-5, so i dont see ROL being open yet.
