Which excursion is the best in Nassau?

Out of all the excursions available to take in Nassau, if you had to choose one, which one do you feel is the best one and why?

Do a search for folks who go to Cable Beach on their own, very easy, via cab or even bus, to the Wyndham, typically, end enjoy a full day at the beach for just a few dollars. Bring your own towels from the ship.

My kids love the Atlantis commercials. Are the Atlantis excursions any good, and would we have time to do anything else?

I don't know much about Atlantis, I just know that the excursions DO NOT include all the cool slides.

We have been on 2.

Blue lagoon beach day. This is really nice if you have smaller kids because there is an inlet with calm shallow water. You can also snorkel. It is rather long because the ferry doesn't leave until 2 or 4 (your choice) and it is a 45 min ride.

We have also done the catamaran sail and snorkel. This was great. The snorkeling was beautiful and we were back around 1 so we had lots of time.
