Okay I have read the Offical Guide by Birnbaums and the Disney for Couples.. I think I will be visting Mexico, San Angel Inn, The couples guide said it is very romantic place.

The question I have, is it really less expensive to eat dinner at like a late lunch time say 3:30 - 4pm? Can anyone tell me please? Thanks! I am so excited!

Check out the menus at www.wdwig.com
Deb lists the menus and prices for all restaurants...(some are in need of updating)....
It is generally true that lunch is less expensive than dinner (this is clearly evident on the menus).
I believe ?? the dinner menus begin at 4pm...but I could be wrong about that.

Happy planning:bounce: :bounce:

PiazzaM,

For lunch at San Angel Inn for just my wife and I, the price with tip was $42.00. This was without drinks. I'm not sure what the dinner prices are, but lunch prices really are pretty reasonable. Like someone mentioned above, go to www.wdwig.com and check out the menu. The food is pretty typical mexican fare, but seems to be a notch above typical chain mexican restaurants.

I made reservations for lunch in Norway! I can't wait!

See, another thing is, we live in New York City, which means we have access to restaurants of like every ethnic group you can think of, so, in the past month I've eaten Chinese, Mexican, Japanese and Italian easily. Although I don't eat French as often, we've got plenty of French restaurants here.

I haven't had Moroccon or German, and I'd be more interested in them if we were going for dinner when the entertainment is there. From reading reviews it sounds like the quality of the food and service is higher in Norway.

We also found Akershus a pleasant surprise. For years we would skip it and grab some goodies from the bakery and eat lunch elsewhere. The biggest misconception is that it is for cold fish lovers only.Have fun and enjoy your meal and stay.:)

I love fish in general, sushi, extoic food, spices etc and I hate Akershus. The food was horrible. Some have suggested that it is their heavy use of vinegar but I use vinegar (many varies) often in my cooking. The only think I oculd think of was carraway, but my DH likes carraway and he too hated to food. Our DS who usually will eat anything (including sushi and other cold fish disehs) took one look at the buffett and begged for a kids meal. I didn't even think "kid's meal" was in his vocabulary. I can't think of one dish I enjoyed (oops except the carmel colored cheese). DH liked the rutabaggas and the coffee.

we like to sit outside on their patio in the Rose & Crown such a pretty view.
