Which DVC Villa is the best place to stay?

During Christmas time, you can't beat the decorations at the Wilderness Lodge or the Grand Floridian. Grand Floridian is just grand although it will take more points than WL resorts.

My favorite DVC would be the Poly. My husbands would be Bay Lake. We both enjoy Beach Club. My 'kids' are all in their 30's. My youngest likes the Beach Club or Animal Kingdom. My son likes Saratoga. Neither my youngest or my son are park goers so they like the DVC's that give them a resort feel. My eldest has my grandchildren and she prefers Bay Lake. My choices for adults/girl trips are Beach Club is the best because of the direct access to World Showcase or Saratoga for the access to the Springs.

The Polynesian is our favorite DVC. The longhouses & rooms are very well themed, the grounds are beautiful (especially at night, with the torches lit), the pools are very good, and the food is above average for a Disney resort/DVC.
But the Polynesian only has studios (that sleep five-two convertible beds) and bungalows that are point hogs. If you want a washer and dryer in your villa or a full kitchen, you need at least a one bedroom villa. Studios are basically glorified hotel rooms. Check out the DVC boards for more information on DVC resorts.
