Which DVC to add on to - new Polynesian or GFV ?

I am considering adding on to my current DVC membership targeting the Magic Kingdom resort area.
Just looking for opinions on which would be better - the Grand Floridian Villas which currently has a deal
for add-ons ($217 plus a discount based on # of add-on points purchased)
or wait for the Polynesian expansion and hope for a future add-on deal there.
Which would you choose ?

Poly tower is at least 12 -15 months away from sales starting sales....prices will be more than they are today for VGF, even with incentives.

We own VGF as it is our second favorite to RIV. It really depends on whether or not you want/need more points now and both resorts are great choices...I am looking forward to the Poly tower for stays there...we don't like the current set up of PVB so this will be a great option over VGF for our MK nights.
