Which DVC allow 5 in a 1BR with your own bedding?

Hi We don't own but we're getting into renting points! We will have 5 and I know we can do Boardwalk with our own bedding, AKV and OKW have a sleeper chair, and SSR refurb has the drop-down 5th bed. We also would prefer the Murphy bed vs. the old sofabed so that probably leave SSR but I wanted to see if there are any other options we should consider for our next trip.

All 1 bedrooms EXCEPT for those at Copper Creek (CCV) and the Values at AKV - Jambo House will allow 5 even if the stated occupancy is 4.

I think it’s Copper Creek that does not allow. Boulder Ridge does,

Agree. It's CCV that's a hard 4. BRV is 5 of any age but bedding only provided for 4

The murphy beds are in place at SSR and RIV at this point (1BR).
