We will be a party of 6 adults, a teenager and an 11 year old and a 9 year old.
I think some 2 BR villas allow for a ninth person if you supply your own bedding. We are hoping to bring a family with us who have never been to Disney!

The 2-bedrooms at Copper Creek and the Values at AKV Jambo House have a hard limit of 8.

The dedicated 2-bedrooms at BCV and BRV and all the 2-beds at SSR will allow 9, but won't provide a bed, linens, etc. for the 9th person.

All other 2-bedrooms officially sleep 9. The Lock-offs at VGF and Riviera officially sleep 10.

Looks like a typo or auto correction error, BLT should say BCV.

I'd look at a 2 bedroom at BLT or AKV Kidani--they both have 'beds' for 9 and they'll have 3 full bathrooms. The '1 bedroom' side will have a queen sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair in the living room, as well as the king bed in the bedroom. The studio side will have a queen bed and a full sleeper sofa ( or 2 queens if it's a dedicated room.) The 1 bedroom side has 2 full baths, and then the full bath in the studio side.

I seriously think about getting a two bedroom villa plus a studio for a crowd that size. But if you do book a two bedroom villa for that crowd, you probably won't have to do it ever again.

2BRs lockoffs at BRV. BCV and BWV will sleep 9 but 5 of those people would have a sleeping spot in the studio side of the villa. The 5th sleep surface is a fold-down bed that is smaller than a twin bed, while the other 4 are a queen bed and a full sleeper sofa. Just the thought of 5 people cramming into a tiny studio while 2 others are enjoying a master suite to themselves makes me :scared: It's one thing when it's a family of two adults and three young children. It's another thing when it's adults and teenagers.

OKW will sleep 9 in 3 beds, a pull out sofa, and a pull out chair. If you don't mind being cozy maybe you'd do better with 2 rooms at Poly, putting the kids on the pull down beds.

I'd guess the 9 yo would be comfortable on the smaller single murphy beds so you'd have options to get rooms with actual sleeping spots for 9 - BLT, AKV (except Value), OKW have a sleeper chair for the 9th person and VGF has the single murphy bed. all of those would have 3 real beds, 1 pull out sofa sleeper and either the single sleeper chair or murphy bed. BLT and AKV-Kidani also have 3 bathrooms instead of 2. BWV, BRV and BCV 2BR lockoffs would also all have sleeping spots for 9 but as mentioned it puts 5 in the studio side bedroom. But it's only 2 real beds in the lockoffs, 2 sleeper sofa's and the small single murphy bed. A VGF 2BR lockoff gives sleeping spots for 10. Again, only 2 real beds, 2 sleeper sofas and 2 small single murphy beds.

With your group I'd do either BLT or Kidani dedicated 2BR's to have the beds and the 3 bathrooms. An OKW dedicated 2BR would be my next selection.
