Which DTD hotel is closest to DTD?

We're looking at the different offsite hotels near DTD and were wondering which one is closest to DTD? I found a map and it looks like the Hilton is the closest but Regal Sun is a close second.

The Regal Sun looks like its on the same side of the road as DTD. The Hilton looks like its right across the street. Is it difficult to cross traffic? Do they have a pathway to walk?

Just wondering we have 3 kids and if we stay offsite we'd want the closest to DTD.
