Which DTD hotel? Doubletree, windham Palace, Best Western or GROSVENOR?

We just need one night before we check into Beach Club. Some of the previous posts about GROSVENOR and Windham Palace have me very concerned!
I would rather pay a little more and have a clean room. All the following hotels are about the same price except for Doubletree which only has a King suite available for 199.00. I would love to stay in a Disney resort but they are all booked for this night (wednesday night before Thanksgiving).

DoubleTree
Windham Palace
Best Western
GROSVENOR

Please give me your opinions - where would you stay?

We spent one night at the Wyndham a few years ago before we headed to Vero Beach. It was very nice. Right across the street from DTD, easy to walk there.

I would go with either the Wyndam or the Best Western. I have heard good things about the Best Western and I have personally stayed at the Wyndam and found it very acceptable.
