Sci Fi ADR - Larger Party

Hi all -
I'm traveling in September with a larger party of ten (6 adults , four children). Is it possible to score a reservation at Sci Fi for a party this size? I'd assume they would just seat us in two adjacent cars if it were possible.

Yes, you can go with a large party. They may put you in adjacent cars, or at least cars fairly close together. There are also a couple of larger “cars” with a table down the middle and chairs on either side that they might use, although if I remember correctly the most they can seat is eight. Those are in the center of the restaurant. Being in adjacent cars is not a huge issue since they aren’t really designed for conversation, but for watching the movie clips.

I've had a group as large as 12 at Sci-fi.
You'll be seated in cars that are right next to each other.

We were once a party of 10. We were put in 2 cars. We were not put side by side. One car was two cars ahead of the other. It's not like you can really talk much beyond who is immediately with you so it was fine.

No guarantee cars will be by each other.

We had a party of 8 once, and they wouldn't put us in side to side cars. The only option was the picnic table in the back.

Our party of 9 was split into one of the long center tables and 2 rows in a car that was in sight of that table but not next to it.
