Which DSLR for a backup?

i have a Nikon D7500(16-80, 35, 70-300, Tokina 11-16 and Rokinon 8). I want to add a second body of some sort. I have photography vacations planned(one more this year and 3 next year). I’m thinking either D500, or add a FF like D750 or D610 with a 24-120(f4). On the lenses I’m thinking of adding is a 50 and 70-200. Any thoughts or advice ? Thank you
