Which Deluxe Has Best Concierge?

Just wondering what everyone thinks. I am thinking of WL, AKL, not sure which...

IMO, AKL and BWI.
They are FABULOUS! Excellent itinerary planners and excellent lounges

This is going to be a hard one to answer, each resort offers it's own unique brand of concierge service and alot of folks can be very loyal to one resort or another.

For me, I'd have to choose between the Polynesian and the Yacht Club. We have stayed at many of the concierge floors at WDW but for some reason we have never had a problem at either resort. The pre-planning office has never let us down, we have always gotten the PS times we had requested, the concierge staff has always been very polite, helpful and have made us feel as if they are really happy we are there...

Both the Polynesian and Yacht Club for us offers the best guest services and that's what it all comes down to... SERVICE!!!

Well, we have only tried the Poly concierge, but we loved it! The lounge is great, great views, great food. I like the fact that it is open all the time. Now, for our August trip we took the advice of KerryCM and Elisabeth and are trying BWI concierge for an adults only trip, but we are going back to the Poly concierge in December with the kids, we liked it that much!! I have heard that the AK concierge is wonderful and that the BC planning staff is great, but that the lounge at the BC is very small.

Going just on food offerings because the staff has been great no matter where I go, GF (tower) & Poly are awesome. Actually, GF was fantastic! Did BWI once and hated the food...was just too cheap.

Because of the pre-planning assistance alone.....YC! I have never used them and not gotten what I requested. There was also an ease of flow about things with them. I also enjoyed the food and lounge but mostly it was SERVICE which is what I really believe you're paying extra for anyway. I will say I haven't tried AKL yet though and I've heard wonderful things about them also. I plan to try AKL out on my next trip for a few days before returning to YC on the same trip.

BC, YC and BWI share a pre-planning staff and they are supposed to be the best at Disney

BC has the best Cast Members and pre-planning.

AKL is has great food and the option of doing the Sunrise Safari at AK.

YC and Poly are good, too.

The only one I didn't care for was GF Main Building.

AKL! I will say that I have ONLY been to AKL's concierge, but I loved it so much I went back to their concierge level two more times!

I'm going to vote for GF Royal Palm Court (main building)

Second BWI or WL (it's a tie)

Poly

Third BC (but offerings are virtually the same at BC, YC and BWI--but BWI has the best lounge of the three by far)
