Which deluxe has a nice balcony and a nice view from the balcony?

From the balcony... Is the AKL Savannah view nicer or their pool view?
What about Poly? Or WL, the view of the gyser and the Bay Lake and the pool or the woods view? Or what about GF?

I don't know much about the Epcot resorts, I have never been to any of the resorts there? What resort has a nice view and what view is this?

And are all balconies about the same size? Are the patio/balcony furnitures the same or do they fit to the theme of the resort?

I absolutely love the Bay Lake view at the CR. I have stayed on both sides of the tower and prefer this view. Yes it is nice to see the fireworks from your balcony but the lake is so peaceful. It is nice to watch the day come alive with a cup of tea (would prefer a great one from Dunkins)...

Boca Chica, room 8423, king room with queen pull out sofa. Worked out great for family of four with two young girls. I don't know how to post pics here but I can email them to you.

If you can swing it, request a GF room on the top floor of one of the buildings, in the corner.

Our first trip to WDW, for our anniversary, we ended up at Conch Key, with a corner room, MK/lagoon view. Spectacular! The room was large, with a cathedral ceiling, and two big beds. We had two (2) balconies, a large one with a table and a smaller one with a couple chairs, and we could see the castle and the fireworks and the Electric Light Pageant every night. Talk about magic!

Our favorites are AKL savannah and Poly Lagoon View Conceirge(the view from the poly is Disney magic at its best with the castle straight across the lake!)

Thanks guys for the infos! And thanks for sharing those wonderful pixs!! I think WL courtyard view is still the best in my opinion. I just love that peaceful atmosphere. It is just so breathaking for me!

We had a wonderful balcony and courtyard view of the pool, waterfall and Bay Lake during our WL stay last November. The balcony was reasonably sized with two chairs and a small table, and it was great to sit out there and read the paper while DW was showering. There were often ducks swimming in the stream and in the pool and the setting was quite tranquil. In addition, you could see the Electrical Water Pageant from the balcony.
