Which days are least busy?

I can get the touringplans info for WDW busiest and least busy days, but I'm wondering what days are best for visiting US/IOA. Dh and I and our two kiddos will be visiting in low-season, but I still want to try to visit on days when lines will be shortest. I've heard Fri.-Mon. are good because the bigger crowds are at WDW. Is this true? If not which day(s) should we visit? We are going to be in FL for 14 days so we have a bit of flexibility in planning btwn. our days at WDW and days at US/IOA.

We were there for two weeks in August and found that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were the slowest days when we were there. Mondays and Fridays were a bit busier and Saturdays and Sundays were very busy. (We were there after the Florida kids were back in school).
