Which day which park for next week?

We'll be in Orlando Jan. 5th - 11th. We have two days planned for Universal. One day for the Studios and one day for IOA. The days are Sunday the 6th and Thursday the 10th. Would it matter which day we do which park? We're not staying onsite so won't have FOTL but will be at the park when it opens. Thanks for any help you can give.

Next week the parks will be pretty dead again so it won't really matter which day or which park. You won't need the Express Passes.
