Which day to skip on Easter weekend?

My wife and I are going down for 10 days wrapped around Easter weekend. This time of year isn't our first choice, but I'm spending some time at Star Wars Celebration so that's the week we're going. :rolleyes1

That being said, we're going to pick one of the days that weekend to do a non-park day and lay low while the crowds are at their worst. Does Easter day itself usually have the worst crowds or will it get beat out by one of the other days?

It looks like Touringplans says Monday is 10/10 for 3 of the parks but Sunday has some 7's thrown in.

Kenny the Pirate just calls the whole week insane and then starts recommending parks based on EMH.

Josh from easyWDW has only posted through February so who knows where he's going to come down.

Anybody else have any experience with Easter weekend?

We went one Easter...the adorable Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday at the American Pavilion for the kids was precious! Not sure if they still have it or not. As for crowds days leading up to and following are extremely high. If you choose to go, just make sure to plan accordingly for crowds.

We go annually over Easter and typically avoid Easter Sunday. Seems to be the worst day IMO.

Yeah, whatever day we go we definitely have to have a plan. This whole week is probably going to busy enough that casual spontaneity just won't work as well as other times of the year.

I've been looking at shifting some ADRs around but apparently I got some really good times at 180 days. :-)
