Which day is good to take a break....?

I have decided that I want a break day this next trip. We do that at WDW but not at DLR.

But which day do you suggest?

We are going Thursday night arrival - Tuesday evening departure.

Staying at PPH and I am an early entry get 7 rides in the first hour person. Take break in afternoon or leave early evening. We avg about 20 rides/events a day. Hence why I am feeling aches and pains and need a down day.

? Sunday sleep in miss that 7 am early entry
? Monday sleep in. But busier early entry

I know Sunday afternoon is super busy. But I love those first few hours. My family says I won't be able to skip an early entry. Maybe I'll just play it by ear and see how we are feeling.
