Which day is better

DD and I will be staying in Disney from 3/10-3/19. DD is a huge HP fan and we are looking to visit Universal for the day. I plan on purchasing a 1 day 2 park pass and would love some advise. Is there a better day to visit crowd wise?

Beginning of the week.

On Sunday everyone on vacation is leaving and by the beginning of the weekdays a lot of people are back at work, or at school (but not everyone ;D).
