Which day for VIP guide?

I made the decision to jump and book a guide. Well I will book it when my 180 day window opens. Here is my dilemma. What day do I do it? We are there Wednesday, September 25 to Wednesday Oct 2. The crowd levels seem to be between a 3 and 5. 5 being the Saturday we are there, it's being pushed up because of FF&W. Do I pick that day to avoid crowds or pick a lower day and enjoy the less crowded times? I know we will get to see a lot with the guide. I need to figure that out so I can book our dining around it. We are going all in on this trip.

I think people over think things too much. Do whichever day seems the best fit for you and your family and roll with it! You won’t notice a difference one way or the other
