which day for IAO

Will be at disney apr 1-9 thinking of taking a day and going to IAO is there a particular day of the week that is better or slower time to do this? We will have our own transportation/

I'd like to know too! We'll be in the area May 2-7. We have APs so we will probably go just in the mornings for 3-4 days.
